Help shouldn't start at 10.
Too many men only find out what support exists when they're already at the edge. Shaun's Button is one press that opens the whole map — from a rough week to a night you can't face on your own.
In immediate danger? Call 999. Samaritans are free, day or night, on 116 123.

Every one of those is someone who felt the same thing you might be feeling. You're not the first, and you're not on your own.
Every rung on the ladder
Most people can name one number. There are dozens of ways in, and most of them cost nothing and need no referral.
1–3
Coping
Men's groups, sheds, a walk with a mate. Low stakes, no labels.
4–6
Something's off
Free NHS talking therapies you can refer yourself to. Mind's infoline. Your GP.
7–8
Struggling badly
CALM's helpline, SHOUT by text, NHS 111 option 2 — 24/7 and free.
9–10
Not safe
Samaritans on 116 123, 999, A&E, and one person told tonight.
How the app works
01
Press the button
No sign-up, no form, no one notified. Just relief that you've done something.
02
Pick a number
1 to 10. Honest or a guess — it only decides what you're shown first.
03
See who's there
Real services, opening hours, and one sentence on what actually happens if you contact them.
Why pink
Shaun was a friend we lost. Pink was his favourite colour, so it's the colour of the button. If this app means one man finds out at a 5 what he'd otherwise only learn at a 10, it's done its job.
Who was Shaun?
Father, partner, friend, firefighter. An all-round amazing guy, and hilarious to be around.
The last one you would have expected. Dearly missed.
That's the whole point of this button. You can be the life and soul of it and still be carrying something nobody can see.

On shift. Smiling in the rain, of course.
