A free, timed 5k in a park near you, every Saturday morning. Not a race — a lot of people walk it.

Who it's for

Anyone, any pace. Volunteers welcome too if running isn't for you.

Cost

Free. You register once online for a barcode.

Hours

Saturdays, 9am in England (9:30am in Scotland).

What actually happens

• You register online once and print or save your barcode.
• You turn up, listen to a two-minute briefing, and set off.
• There's always a tail walker at the back, so nobody finishes last alone.
• Most events go to a café afterwards.
