Who it's for
Anyone in England and Wales, including people supporting someone else.
Cost
Free (local rate number).
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, except bank holidays.

What actually happens

  • You explain roughly what's going on.
  • They talk you through the options in your area and what each one involves.
  • They can send information by email afterwards.
