A free talking group for men aged 18 and over, run in community venues and sports clubs across the UK every Monday evening.

Men aged 18+. No diagnosis, referral or booking needed.

Mondays, 7pm–9pm (except bank holidays).

What actually happens

• You turn up. Nobody takes your details at the door.
• There's a brew and a chat before it starts.
• The group sits in a circle and works through five questions — how your week's been, a positive, something you're proud of.
• You can pass on every question and just listen. Plenty of men do that the first time.
